Changchun Special Vehicle Industry Park was established in CETDZ on March 1st, 2007. It is located in the east door of Changchun City , the speedway port of Changchun-Jilin, Beijing-Harbin speedway. The planning area of the first term will be 3.7 square kilometers.

　　The Park, fully making use of advantage of Changchun as the largest automobile industry base in China, relying on existing industry foundation advantage, technological talents, industry culture advantage and environment developing advantage, actively brings in outside incremental capital, integrates special car resources, develops special car industry with great potential, encourages and assists those special car firms to become big and strong to form special car gathering group. We will forge domestic first class, international well known special car base for R&D, production and manufacture, commercial exhibition, logistic dispatching and all-around service, create industry garden with international feature, put up integrated platform for international special car industry and finally achieve the goal of the sale exceeding a hundred billion Yuan.
