Rely on the predominance of industry and resource, CETDZ formed four prestige industries, the first is special use vehicle and automobile competences industry represented by FAW passenger car factory, special use vehicle factory, Fawer cooperation and Toyota engine; the second is food deep production represented by Dacheng maize company, Hong Kong Huarun company, Thailand Zhengda company; the third is the photoelectricity IT industry represented by Zhongke cooperation, Lianxin photoelectricity company and Jilin university software; the last one is pharmaceutical industry represented by Wutai, Xidian and Jingyou pharmaceutical company. Among these, proportion of high and new technological projects and high added value exceeds 80%, industry cluster begins to emerge. The construction aviation harbor development zone and Changchun special use vehicle industrial districts on a large scale provided some opportunities to invest and develop.
