1. Application for the development of joint venture and cooperative enterprise and the opinions towards the development of joint venture and cooperative enterprise issued by China competent authorities;

　　2. Feasibility Study Report Finished by the Relative Organization with Qualification (attached the list of enterprise investment and the list of the import equipments);

　　3. Contract and articles of incorporation subscribed by both authorized representatives and relevant affix (authority representatives' certification or letter of authorization);

　　4. The name list of board chairman, vice-board chairman and members of board of administration appointed by both sides (Must give clear indication of the duty, nationality and the duty in the former enterprises of each member);

　　5. Legal identification of the members of the board of administration;

　　6. Letter of authorization to members of board of administration by China investor (original);

　　7. Letter of authorization to members of board of administration by foreign investor (original subscribed by legal representative);

　　8. Business license of foreign investor and valid certification of legal representative;

　　9. Business license of China investor and identification of legal representative identify;

　　10. Credit certification of foreign investor (original copy) and right as principal certification or identification notarized by local notary public and attested by local Chinese embassy, credit certification of investor (original copy) and right as principal certification or identification from Hong Kong Macao and Taiwan should be supplied with notarized document from local notary public;

　　11. Central Administering and Leading Office for foreign-related construction project's approval document on the site choosing;

　　12. Certification of Operational Location Use Right (purchasing land should submit Certificate of Land Use Right or purchasing land contract; leasing should submit leasehold agreement and property certification);

　　13. The name certification registration comes form industrial and commercial department (copy);

　　14. The opinions approved by the environment protection bureau to the document evaluated on environment effecting (original);

　　15. Service letter of authorization subscribed by foreign investor (authority person ) and service acceptors(commissioned person).(Must give clear indication of authorizing person as service acceptors. And also address ways of contact).
